By purchasing any digital materials, Strategy Sessions, or other services from Kaitlyn Jorgensen LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are legally binding and intended to clarify the nature of your relationship with us, outline the scope of services, and protect both parties’ interests.

NATURE OF THE RELATIONSHIP

Kaitlyn Jorgensen LLC offers educational materials and Strategy Sessions designed for planning, education, and motivational purposes. By purchasing these products or services, you acknowledge and agree that they are not substitutes for legal, psychological, financial, therapeutic, or medical advice. The information provided during Strategy Sessions or within digital materials is for informational purposes only and is not intended to replace professional services or advice from licensed professionals.

By purchasing any product or service, you agree that no attorney-client, therapist-client, or fiduciary relationship is created. Kaitlyn Jorgensen is not a licensed attorney, financial advisor, or therapist, and no specific legal, financial, or therapeutic outcomes are implied or guaranteed. You are solely responsible for consulting qualified professionals for any legal, psychological, medical, or financial concerns.

SCOPE OF LIABILITY

You acknowledge and agree that results derived from the use of digital materials or Strategy Sessions will vary based on individual circumstances. Kaitlyn Jorgensen LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Factors influencing outcomes may include individual dedication, resources, background, motivation, and other variables outside our control. You accept full responsibility for your use of the materials and services and the results thereof.

If professional legal or psychological counseling is necessary, it is your sole responsibility to seek assistance from a licensed professional. If during a Strategy Session it is determined that your needs exceed the scope of services provided, we reserve the right to terminate the session. No refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT

By purchasing any products or services, you agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

Misrepresentation, including providing false or misleading information during booking.
Deceptive practices, such as using a false identity or booking under false pretenses.
Making defamatory or disparaging statements about Kaitlyn Jorgensen LLC or its services.
Engaging in abusive or unprofessional behavior toward Kaitlyn Jorgensen.
Violations may result in the immediate cancellation of services without refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

All purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Appointments may not be canceled once scheduled. Rescheduling of Strategy Sessions is permitted only with written notice provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests are not guaranteed and will be accommodated at our sole discretion.

If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without providing 24-hour notice, the appointment will be considered forfeited and no refund or credit will be issued. A 10-minute grace period will be allowed for late arrivals; failure to return to the scheduled call within this timeframe will result in the appointment being marked as a no-show.

Providing incorrect contact information will also result in the session being marked as a no-show. No exceptions will be made, and no refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.

MISSED SESSIONS 

Missed sessions without proper notice will be considered completed and will not be rescheduled, refunded, or credited. It is your responsibility to ensure availability at the agreed-upon time.

GENERAL WARRANTIES

You acknowledge that no guarantees, representations, or warranties have been made regarding the results or benefits of the products or services provided, unless explicitly stated in writing. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Kaitlyn Jorgensen LLC. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kaitlyn Jorgensen LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, negligence claims, adverse results, or misuse of provided materials.

NON-COMPETE AGREEMENT

By purchasing any products or services, you agree not to engage in any activities or offer services that directly compete with Kaitlyn Jorgensen LLC’s business for a period of 24 months. This includes representing yourself as a Family Court Strategist™ or Proactive Protective Mom™ or offering similar products or services, including Talking Points or Strategy Sessions, without prior written consent.

DISPUTES

All disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York State. Arbitration will be conducted in New York State. The laws of New York State shall govern this agreement. You waive your right to bring claims in any court of law, except for claims related to intellectual property, which may be resolved in state or federal courts in New York.

ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing any products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Your acceptance is confirmed through your electronic signature and payment submission. This agreement becomes binding upon completion of your purchase.
