TERMS OF SERVICE FOR THE PROACTIVE PROTECTIVE MOM™ SUBSCRIPTIONS AND WEBSITE USE

Welcome to the Proactive Protective Mom™ Podcast subscription service (“Service”), provided by Kaitlyn Jorgensen LLC (“KJ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the podcast and related subscription services, as well as access to our websites and content. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.

ELIGIBILITY

By accessing or using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS 

The Proactive Protective Mom™ Podcast operates on an annual subscription model. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Annual Commitment and Billing: Subscriptions require an upfront payment covering 12 months of access. Your subscription will automatically renew for subsequent annual terms unless canceled at least 14 days before the end of the current term. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee at the then-current rate.
Refund Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current term, but no refunds or prorated credits will be provided.
Account Management: You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current account information, including payment details. Failure to maintain valid payment methods may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
Promotional Offers: From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts or trials. These promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.

ACCESS AND USE OF CONTENT 

The subscription grants you access to exclusive podcast episodes, supplemental materials, and other benefits outlined in the subscription plan. Access to the Service is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

Share, reproduce, or distribute podcast episodes or supplemental materials without our express written consent.
Modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content provided through the Service.
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including any activity that infringes on intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or misuse of content.

USER CONDUCT 

As a subscriber, you agree to use the Service responsibly and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized users.
