APRIL 5th: THE BASICS OF TALKING POINTS 

Kick off the premier podcast launch with Kaitlyn Jorgensen as she introduces the foundation of creating and utilizing impactful Talking Points. In this episode, we explore the basics of how to communicate clearly and effectively with law enforcement, your attorney, advocates, judges, GALs and others who can help you protect your family. MAY 10th: COUNTERING THE WEAPONIZED STEPMOM

When perpetrating fathers use stepmothers as tools to undermine, manipulate, or harm, navigating these dynamics can feel overwhelming. In this episode, Kaitlyn shares strategies to counteract the weaponization of stepmothers while maintaining your integrity and protecting your children. Discover insights on setting boundaries, responding to challenges, and fostering resilience in your family. 

JUNE 14th: FAMILY COURT FLUENCY

Family court can feel like a maze of unfamiliar rules and overwhelming processes. Which can be especially challenging sharing the same space as your abuser. JULY 12th: IMPOSED IMPOVERISHMENT

You may have heard a divorce coach, or two, describe financial abuses in the context of a "high conflict divorce." Financial coercion is a silent weapon used to control and intimidate. In some Family Courts, (namely in the states of NY, CT HI, MA, and WA) certain financially controlling behaviors are crimes. In NY it's a class E felony crime under the "Coercive Control" law. Kaitlyn unpacks the concept of imposed impoverishment and shares actionable steps to identify, counter, and rise above these tactics. Kaitlyn offers practical advice for managing expectations, maintaining your boundaries, and creating joyful moments for your children. Learn how to make the most of the season while securing both safety and peace of mind.
 

DECEMBER 13th: CONTENDING WITH THE WEAPONIZED "EXTENDED FAMILY" MEMBER

In continuation of last month's episode, "Navigating the Holiday Season with a Perpetrating Father" -we return to the Perpetrating Paternal Family Unit and the countless challenges that arise during family gatherings and special events. There are times, when the traumatic memories go on to plague a family for a lifetime. When extended family members are used to harm, intimidate, or manipulate, the impact can be deeply personal. Especially upon a child. Kaitlyn shares strategies for identifying these dynamics, setting firm boundaries, and protecting your child and managing your own well-being. This episode offers thoughtful guidance to help you navigate complex family relationships with strength, resilience, and grace.

Documentation is one of the most powerful tools a Proactive Protective Mom™ can wield. In cases of domestic violence, post separation abuse, and even the so called "high conflict divorce- with a "narcissist" documentation can literally make, or break your case. To protect her family, the Proactive Protective Mom™ must understand the basics of evidence & documentation. Kaitlyn walks you through some examples of what to document, how to document it, and why thorough records matter. This episode will leave you feeling prepared, organized, and ready to build a strong case for your family’s safety
